Samurai is a cold sauce made from tomato paste and red peppers. Therefore, this sauce has a very pronounced spicy taste. In addition, Samurai sauce is made with chili extract and chili powder for a long and deep taste experience.
Concretely, what is the samurai? Although it has a rather Japanese name, it would rather be of Belgian origin. It is a sauce made from mayonnaise to which is added "sambal oelek", an Indonesian pepper paste. If you can't find one, you can replace it with harissa sauce or any other chili paste.

In a bowl with fairly high edges, add the egg yolk and a teaspoon of mustard. Mix well.
With a whisk, mix while pouring the oil little by little to incorporate it as the mayonnaise rises.
Beat until you get the consistency of mayonnaise.
Add the lemon juice, mix.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix.
Take the mayonnaise, then add 40 grams of sambal oelek. Mix well.
If you don't have sambal oelek, you can replace it with Harissa.
Add the 2 tablespoons of Ketchup, then mix.
